Technology and Gaming
I grew up in the Bay Area in a household where both of my parents were software engineers, so technology was always part of my world. I’ve always been fascinated by the mechanics behind something works, and their real world applications. I have had so much fun with automation, AI, and even took coding classes in undergraduate to help bring my own ideas to life.
I always really enjoyed building things!
I actually built my own PC and built systems for a few of my friends! It's super fun picking out each part, putting it all together, and customizing the setup so that it looks and runs exactly the way I want.
Similarly, I have also customized and modified keyboard. My current keyboard uses a new switch technology that's expected to change the field in current years, but I have customized and changed the rest of the keyboard so that it looks and sounds to match my preferences.
The mechanics and technology behind the keyboard one of my favorite things to nerd out about!

I started gaming as a way to stay connected with friends and make new friendships, even if they were halfway across the world. Gaming is actually what kept some of my closest friendships from 2nd and 3rd grade alive, turning them into lifelong bonds!
Over time, I got hooked on the competitive side of gaming. Each game was intellectually stimulating, forcing me to think strategically, adapt in real time, and outmaneuver opponents. Competitive gaming feels like a mental chess match, where hours of small refinements turn into split-second decisions that can swing the outcome. It taught me how to lead under pressure, make quick calls, and constantly push for improvement. I’ve competed in multiple cash-prize tournaments, played on my University’s Valorant Esports Team, and climbed into the top 1–5% of leaderboards across games with millions of players. That mindset of growth and precision is something I carry into everything I do.
Outside of competitive gaming, I love games that are just visually stunning.
My current favorites are: Monster Hunter World, Expedition 33, and Cyberpunk 2077.
